SteamDry Carpet Cleaning

There are many different carpet cleaning methods available today. After much research, we chose to provide to our customers the SteamDry carpet cleaning method because it’s simply THE BEST!

Steam cleaning has always been superior to the dry method, but the carpets remained wet too long. With the SteamDry method, we have taken the best from both methods. We use Steam (which activates the chemicals better to do their work on the soil in carpets) and a tremendous amount of vacuum (we use one of the largest truck mount blowers in the country) to provide the SteamDry method. With this method we don’t have to “boost” our chemicals to high levels to get the best results (as others do). The result is a healthier, cleaner carpet! Facility managers all over Northwest Arkansas attest to our ability to get the carpets extremely clean, and yet get their customers back on the carpets right away. This same service is a benefit for residential customers, for the same reasons!

When we come into your home we will:

• Help you move smaller pieces of furniture to areas not being cleaned (tiled areas like a kitchen)
• We ask that all knick-knacks be removed before we arrive.
• We will vacuum to remove as much dry soil as possible.
• Pre-treat any spots as is found to be necessary.
• Spray a traffic lane solution (an alkaline soap) onto the carpets with hot water/steam. This hot water/steam activates the chemical (soap) to help it do its work on the soil in your fibers.
• Rinse and vacuum out the soap and the soil along with it, with hot water/steam. Another benefit of using the extremely hot water/steam is the quick evaporation. This faster evaporation, along with the powerful vacuum we’ve incorporated into our truckmount machines speeds our drying times greatly!
• Groom in a carpet protectant (Scotchgard Brand Protector) if the customer has purchased it.
